Emergencies and important contacts
This page is intended for all employees of dacore Datenbanksysteme AG. It describes necessary actions and responsibilities in the event of emergencies or other situations that require urgent action.
What to do in the event of:
Fire
The following steps must be carried out in the event of a fire: Fire department call (112), evacuate the endangered area, warn endangered persons and take them with you if necessary, close doors and windows, attempt to extinguish the fire (if there is no danger to yourself), instruct rescue services. Then Sofie inform.
Burglary, theft
If there are recognizable signs or suspicion of burglary or theft, call the Police inform (110), do not touch or change anything, document the damage or process as well as possible. Afterwards Sofie inform.
Accident at work
The following steps must be taken in the event of an accident at work: First aid if necessary Emergency call set down (112), Secure the accident site, ensure medical treatment by an emergency doctor if necessary (company number VBG 553031753776001). Then document the accident in the first-aid book and Sofie inform.
Accident company car
In the event of an accident involving a company car, the following steps must be taken: Secure the scene of the accident, Call the police (110), Fill in the accident report, do not make any admissions of damage, but describe the incident neutrally. Then Sandra inform.
Power failure, heating failure, water damage
In the event of a power or heating failure or impairment of the water supply, immediately Tereza inform.
Credit card lost or blocked
Immediately Tereza or Sofie Let them know. If you cannot be reached, inform the savings bank and have the card blocked, but still inform Tereza by e-mail.
Office key lost
Immediately Tereza Let me know.
Lost cell phone, notebook or other items
Immediately Joachim Let me know.
No network connection to the office
Immediately Joachim inform or send an e-mail to cloud9 send. In urgent cases, call Enis (cloud9) directly.
Suspected virus infestation (IT)
If you suspect that the computer is infected with a virus, switch off the computer immediately or shut it down if you are accessing it remotely. Immediately Joachim inform.
Suspicion of unauthorized data access
1. stay calm! Act wisely, but quickly!
- first stop working on the affected system
- then document the event
- If a malware attack is suspected, disconnect the PC from all networks. Important: Do not switch off the PC!

- Who reports the incident (name and position)?
- Which systems are affected?
- What happened?
- When did the event occur?
- Which data is affected? Is it personal data?
- What measures have already been taken?
Attacks on the external image
If it is recognized that attacks on the external image of the company are taking place on social media, rating portals or other publications on the Internet, immediately Sofie inform.
Unfair treatment, harassment
Anyone who feels that they have been treated unfairly or discriminated against or harassed, or who recognizes signs that others are being harassed, should immediately contact the Anti-discrimination office of the federal government.
