Your tasks at dacore
  • You are responsible for the technical, time and commercial management of your customer projects.
  • This includes assessing technical and financial risks, detailing the requirements and specifications with the customer in German and English, defining the version planning and tracking the progress of the project.
  • Internally, you will work closely with your colleagues from Development, communicate the tasks and change requests from customers and follow them up.
  • You test new versions and present them to the customer (usually via MS Teams).
  • You will also be responsible for preparing billing proposals and quotations.
  • In addition, you will recognize potential for change or expansion with existing customers and thus further expand the customer relationship.
  • You will also conduct training courses for users in German and English.
  • You already have practical experience in the management of complex IT projects.
  • You can coordinate and comprehensibly describe customer requirements from all application areas, e.g. testing, controlling, sales, logistics, quality management.
  • You also speak the language of the developers and can detail the requirements in a function-oriented way.
  • You have a good technical understanding of our customers' IT environments, but also know the necessary business contexts.
  • You are familiar with various software architectures and have a good basic understanding of databases and data exchange.
  • You enjoy working in cross-functional teams and are fluent in German and English.
  • Ideally, you are familiar with the specific requirements of technical-physical testing laboratories or are willing to acquire the necessary knowledge.

As a project manager, you are the first point of contact for your customers and support them during the initial project and afterwards in all further support and development phases.

You discuss the requirements with the customer via Microsoft Teams or on site and develop Practical solution proposals.

The Translation of the requirements into „developerese“ The next challenge is then to plan and manage the implementation of the solutions together with the developers in all areas.

Understanding the very specific requirements of our customers and implementing them individually is our most important feature in the market and also the biggest challenge. Especially as a project manager intensive direct contact with all areas of our customers' businesses, be it commercial topics, sales, technical, QM relevant etc.

Our customers, the technical-physical testing laboratories, are all involved in the product development process, which is all about the latest products and technologies. So not only our own tasks, but also the tasks of our customers are really exciting.
