Pre-Sales, Marketing & Customer Success Specialist (m/f/d)

Part-time 50% (%) (20 hours/week), hybrid

Your tasks at dacore
  • In coordination with our management team and Technical Sales, you organize and run AI-supported pre-sales activities for prospective new customers.
  • By email and phone, you reach out to companies from our lead lists and follow up with them consistently – AI-supported, e.g. with Claude.
  • During first contacts and initial conversations, you pave the way for the in-depth technical follow-up meetings with our Technical Sales team.
  • Together with Technical Sales, you keep your leads warm and reliably maintain contacts and their status in our database.
  • Our social media channels (LinkedIn, webinars) and our Lab Management Conference – you actively help shape them and bring them to life with us.
  • You run customer surveys and support our project managers in Customer Success Management.
  • With all of these activities, you help us grow our presence – also internationally.
  • You speak fluent German and English – additional languages are a welcome bonus.
  • You enjoy reaching out to people proactively and driving sales forward – by email, on the phone, and through social media.
  • Independence and initiative define how you work – you stay on top of leads even through longer sales cycles
  • You dive into our subject matter around testing laboratories and LIMS (Laboratory Information and Management Systems) with curiosity – prior knowledge is welcome, but not required.
  • You bring a solid technical understanding, or develop it as you familiarize yourself with the subject matter and terminology.
  • Ideally, you already have a few years of experience in sales, marketing, or networking – preferably in a related industry, but not a must.

As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you are the first voice of dacore that prospective customers get to know. Long before the technical conversations begin, you build a relationship with the customer and make sure our Technical Sales team walks into the detailed meetings well prepared.

By email and phone, you reach out to companies from our lead lists – AI-supported, so your time flows into the conversations that really matter. In close coordination with Technical Sales, you keep leads warm and reliably document status and next steps in our database. When useful, you also enrich the lead lists with additional interesting companies and contacts.

Beyond direct outreach, you also help shape how dacore shows up in the wider world. LinkedIn, webinars, and our Lab Management Conference are central building blocks for staying visible to our target audience. On top of that, you run customer surveys and support our project managers in customer success management.

Our customers are technical-physical testing laboratories – a specialized environment full of exciting topics around the latest products and technologies. You don’t need lab expertise for this role, but you do need curiosity about our customers’ world and a willingness to learn to speak their language.

A key focus of the role is international expansion: we want to become more visible beyond the German-speaking market – and you actively help shape that journey.

As we grow our sales function, you can grow with us – meaning the scope and responsibilities of this role can expand over time.
