No more effort with calibration protocols
Electronic data exchange between calibration service providers and test laboratories

You all know this: after calibrations of your measuring and test equipment have been carried out, the calibration records and data must be manually assigned to the measuring equipment and the data updated. This can be avoided.
For a very long time, but still little known, there is the VDI/VDE guideline 2623, which defines a data format for the computer-aided exchange of data between departments and companies for use in gauge management. On the basis of this defined data format, calibration data and sample records can be exchanged electronically - without manual intervention.
Together with our partner Testo Industrial Services we offer exactly these functions for our TestLab Plus and of course all individual customer solutions. And these have already proven themselves several times in daily use by our customers in technical-physical test laboratories. If you wish, data can be exchanged via our specially set up cloud system, so that the effort for your IT is minimal.
Once this has been set up, calibration orders can be created directly in TestLab Plus and transmitted electronically to the calibration service provider. After calibration has been carried out, the calibration data and calibration protocols are sent back electronically via the same route and read directly into the database and are thus available at the same time in the test equipment management system.
No manual unnecessary administrative efforts, no errors in data acquisition or protocol assignment.
